Doll Weekend Website Terms of Service

Welcome to the Doll Weekend (DW) official website (dollweekend.cn), H5, and mini-programs (collectively "DW Website") operated by Shenzhen Weiou Shikong Technology Co., Ltd. ("DW Organizer"), the host of Doll Weekend events. Before using any services on the DW Website, please read and understand these Terms of Service ("Agreement"). Please pay special attention to the terms marked in bold.

I. Acceptance of this Agreement

1. By completing the registration and agreeing to this Agreement, this Agreement becomes binding between you and the Company.

2. To use the services on the DW Website, you must also agree to the applicable terms for your chosen services (including but not limited to the Doll Weekend Event Terms). The DW Website does not provide services to users under 18 years of age. If you are under 18, you may not use the services. If you have already placed an order or made a purchase, the DW Organizer may cancel your order, refuse to provide services, and shall not be liable for breach of contract.

If you have questions about this Agreement, you may contact customer service (see end of agreement) at any time. If you disagree with, do not fully understand, or object to any part of this Agreement, you may stop using the services and decline any services offered by the DW Website.

3. This Agreement includes the main text and all existing or future agreements, terms, restrictions, and requirements published by the DW Organizer with reasonable notice. The DW Organizer may amend this Agreement as laws, regulations, regulatory requirements, or service methods change. You understand and agree that any changes will be notified via announcements (including in-site messages) or pop-ups. Continued use after changes constitutes your acceptance. If you do not agree to the changes, you may terminate use of the DW Website immediately.

II. Service Description

1. In accordance with laws or administrative requirements, certain DW services or items may require identity verification. If you refuse, the DW Organizer may be unable to provide the relevant service.

2. In addition to ticketing, you may purchase other products or services on the DW Website, including merchandise, vouchers, and membership. Specific content, provider information, and rules are as stated on the relevant pages. Please read all relevant information before purchasing.

3. Transactions on the DW Website should be for genuine consumption only, not for resale, profit, or other commercial or illegal purposes.

4. Refund/Cancellation: Different refund or cancellation rules may apply when a ticket holder cannot attend an event before it starts due to personal reasons or force majeure. Specific rules are as displayed on the order or related documents. Before placing an order, please confirm your needs, health, and travel plans, and read all information on the product page (which may include the Doll Weekend Event Terms).

5. Where the DW Website allows, you may post and share comments, topics, images, and videos. You are responsible for all activities under your account. You must ensure that your content is true, accurate, lawful, and appropriate. The DW Website will conduct form-based review of content as required by law. Such review cannot fully filter harmful or inappropriate content, and the DW Organizer is not liable for losses arising from such risks. The DW Organizer may remove or block content on its own or at a rights holder’s request. You shall compensate the DW Website for any losses caused by your misconduct.

III. Change, Suspension, and Termination of Services

1. The DW Organizer reserves the right to change, suspend, or terminate all or part of the services and to adjust the types, content, and methods of services. The DW Organizer will announce such adjustments in advance when possible.

IV. DW Website Account

1. After registering, you may change your password at any time and must keep your password secure.

2. You are responsible for keeping your account name, nickname, and password confidential and for all activities under your account. You agree: (1) The DW Organizer may collect your name, phone, email, address, and other information as needed for the service, as shown on the relevant pages and privacy policy; (2) To log out properly at the end of each session; (3) To notify the DW Organizer immediately if you discover unauthorized use of your account; the DW Organizer will not ask you for your password; (4) Unless required by law or with the DW Organizer’s consent, your account may not be transferred, gifted, or inherited (excluding property rights associated with the account).

3. You must ensure that you are not subject to trade restrictions, sanctions, or other legal restrictions by any country, region, or international organization, and that you do not directly or indirectly provide funds, goods, or services to such parties. Otherwise you must stop using the DW Website.

4. The DW Organizer may change or add performing entities as needed. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the new entity.

5. When registering or using your account, you must provide true, accurate, lawful, and valid identity and other required information. You must update your information when it changes. The DW Organizer may require correction, supplementation, or refuse service if information is inaccurate or suspicious. For security and identity reasons, you may not be able to modify certain initial or verified information.

6. To verify whether your phone number has been reassigned, you authorize us to query and process your information (e.g. phone number, registration time) with telecom operators and partners.

7. The DW Website account is owned by the DW Organizer. After registration, you obtain a license to use the account but may not transfer, lend, rent, sell, or otherwise dispose of it. You must keep your account and password secure and are responsible for all account activity. If your account is used without your authorization or in a way that threatens security, notify the DW Organizer promptly. The DW Organizer may suspend service until you restore access through a secure process and the threat is removed.
